Cooking is a good way to promote communication. Release stifled creativity, have fun and bring people back together. Meeting in a relaxed and friendly enviroment provides colleagues with an opportunity to act again as a team prepaing something delicious. This experience can rebuild a team or a customer relationship.  Menu choice? It's up to you ... as the variety is big: THAI, INDIAN, MEZZE, ITALIEN, SEASONAL, MEXICAN...
