100° hot water from the tap
All in one! A Quooker consists of a kitchen tap on your worktop and a tank in your kitchen cupboard. There are three different tanks. The choice of tank depends on the situation in your kitchen. The tap does all the usual functions as you already know, but over this the Quooker can offer also 100° boiling water, sparkling and plain chilled water as well. There are various options. For convenience, go for a 3-in-1 tap or a separate boiling-water tap. Choose the tap that suits you best.
It takes very little energy to keep the water in the tank at 110°C. In a Stand-by-Modus it's only 10W so in money it means approx. 4-5 Rappen/Cents per day.
Add a CUBE! By choosing the CUBE as an optional gadget, you'll able to dispense sparkling water as well. Press and turn the ring at the same time. The illuminated ring that turns red to indicate boiling water now flashes blue: sparkling water comes out of the tap. And if you hold down the button for slightly longer as 2 seconds and then turn it, you get filtered chilled water. So it’s impossible to dispense boiling water when you want sparkling water.
The CUBE can be installed at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet next to the Quooker tank. It includes two filters that make the water just as pure as the bottled water you buy in the shop. The CUBE is attached to a CO2 cylinder that gives you 60 litres of sparkling water from your Quooker tap.
The CO2 cylinders can easily bought online in the webshop and will be delivered by Swiss-Post free of charge!
